(https://skse.silverlock.org) I can't really say much about the load order itself, sorry. But, when I had a similar problem (well, in the sense that my game kept crashing), I installed "One Tweak" (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/40706). It fixed my problem, at least. Maybe it could do the same for you?

Then I can't help, sorry. :-( But it looks like this topic might be in the wrong forum section. If I see this right, it's in the "Skyrim Mod Requests" section. It should be in the "Skyrim Mod Troubleshooting" section. I would also rename it to "Game Crashing on XBOX".
