The helmet in question most likely has both head and hair body slots assigned to it on the armor and / or armor addon records. You will need to create a new plugin and remove the hair slot from the appropriate records. The NIF file should have just the head slot assigned to it but it wouldn't hurt to take a look at it in NifSkope anyway.

 

Keep in mind if the hair slot is removed from the helmet you may end up with hair clipping through the helmet. Some hair styles might not be too bad but others could look pretty awful.

but is happen with all the helmets .... when i put a hair who is not from the vannila that happen ..
