yocomotocino Posted November 2, 2019 Share Posted November 2, 2019 Playing the base game (not special edition, not GOTY, just basic) with no mods and no luck. I have tried to start playing again and i am having the issue in the into that the cart will start flipping around which leads to all the NPCs being bugged during the execution scene. I tried as many hot fixes that i read on these forums such as turning off all mods and/or using the "Prison Cart Fix"mod found here but neither worked. i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling (at lease 4 times), deleting all data involving the game (save files, previous Steam files, etc...) and even adjusting the graphics setting to see if that had any effect to the issue but the result is the same. The Steam forums recommended the Unofficial Skyrim Patch but the link for this is 404 and the only other patched i can find are for the Special, Legendary additions. I would really like to play this game again but not have to pay for it all over again. Any help would be a appreciated, thank you Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Deleted21550714User Posted November 3, 2019 Share Posted November 3, 2019 try this mod, i think it helped on my end. after installing this mod I was magicly able to do vanilla intro first 3-4 tries, I've gotten goofy with intro with this mod installed but not nearly as much as I did prior to installing. The only other thing I did around time of installing this mod was found a different/better way to lock my fps at 60.
