jay1992
I modded my fallout 4 earlier this year and remember seeing a weird glitch happen that i didn't get around to fixing. Now ten months later i am tring to come back to it but i cant figure out what is causing this glitch. What i beleive may be the issue is something to do with the ENB or something to do with Bethesdas hi rez dlc as i remembered installing it and then uninstalling it because i was not impressed. The issue is while rotating the camera the sky will go black and black plains will randomly render and it becomes impossible to play as i cannot see what is going on. I have searched a combination of many words but to no result as i cant seem to find someone else with a similar issue. This is a screenshot. Please can someone help me

G4M3W1NN3R
looks like a form of artificating, which is 90% caused by hardware based issues, however it can also be caused by Corrupted Mesh/Texture files. now since that image you posted is very dark, which is not ideal, i am now going on based on what i think i can see. so first thing first (Since Artifcating is Primarily an Hardware Based Issue): what is your Hardware Specs ? and what is your CPU (includng all Cores), GPU and System Memory Usage and Temperatures in Game. ? (use Msi Afterburner, to monitor these if you dont have another resource and temperture monitoring tool) Is Your Hardware Overclocked ? and does this type of issue happen in any other game, or is it exclusive to fallout 4 ? and can you list your load order, in case its a mod causing it (unlikely but you never know) this would also help to identify if its a corrupted mesh/texture issue. also to see if its an ENB issue, simply remove both d3d11.dll and d3dcompiler_46e from the fallout 4 installation directory, this will completely disable the ENB, then go back in game and see if the problem persists. jay1992
Thank you so much for your help i stated looking into what you had suggested and found out that what fixed it was validating the game files through steam.
