Some trouble with crashes, looking for some help please

I just started a new game, followed the FNV Ultimate guide a little, mainly the ini tweaks for improved stability and created a mod list afterward. That said, when I play for about 20+ minutes, I get a hard crash to desktop. I'm wondering if someone can figure out my NVAC or tell me if something in my load order is causing issues?

Read your load order as you are installing mods.

 

Determine which of these you don't need, disable them and uninstall them:

 

EVE FNV - NO DLC.esp

EVE FNV - ALL DLC.esp

EVE FNV - NO GRA.esp

Project Nevada - EVE All DLC.esp

Project Nevada - EVE No DLC.esp

Project Nevada - EVE No GRA.esp

WMX-EVE-AllDLCMerged.esp

WMX-CCSP-EVE-AllDLCMerged.esp

Read your load order as you are installing mods.

Thanks a bunch! You see... I installed all my mods using Vortex and had to reinstall about 30% of them again because of some issues I was having. It would seem that Vortex failed to give me the option for which patches to apply a second time and just installed them all... *sigh* Anyway, thanks for pointing out the obvious for someone such as me, haha.
