AiMaTsIIV
Sorry for my english, i will try to explain the problem as clear as possible. A few days ago, started shooting my bow above where this looks, in other words, shoot far above and I can not aim well and to look at the screen it shows that the camera is like one little run down and this is the problem that generates. http://img6.imagebanana.com/img/6gqhn57z/thumb/TESV2012102120135216.jpg With third-person camera that does not happen and shoot normally, nor with crossbows. Only bows and first-person Please help me I'm desperate because my combat in the game is based only with bows
XKadianX
I might be wrong, but isn't it normal that the Bow will shoot over the crosshair if you aim for a near target...? Im pretty sure that I played like this the whole time since I have skyrim :) Anyways - as usual, we need informations, or we can't help you, Aimats. So here some general questions we need answered: 1. Is your Skyrim completely patched? 2. Did you installed a DLC before this bug appeared? 3. What mods do you have? And did you install a mod shortly before this bug started?
blitzen
Are you saying that the arrow doesn't go where the crosshair is pointing? Or that you don't like where the crosshair is located, since it looks a bit high and to the left, and you are aiming using the arm and bow position, not the crosshair? AnkhAscendant
If you mean that the arrow shoots too high, above the crosshair, I have had it reported (because I have a mod that changes race sizes) that when your character size is set too far down that happens. I haven't tested it so it might not be true, but have you changed your character's size?
AiMaTsIIV
The arrow always fires 5 cm above the front sight, always. Just playing in first person and using bows. - The version of my skyrim is 1.7 - about 2 days ago I installed the dlc dawnguard but the problem is before this - I have a huge list of mods installed, but I think the problem started after installing one that increased the speed of the arrows. Already tried deleting this mod but the problem persists - I Do not increase the size of my character In my opinion it is a bug in the game that originated in some way, not something that I do not like. I still think that somehow moved the default camera position with bows. You can see from the picture I put in the first post
OakRain
Several of the arrow tweak mods suggest making .ini edits after installing, might be an idea to review the mod description page of the mod you are using to see if this is the case. blitzen
Yeah, watch out for that last setting though. I don't recall precisely which property it is, but one of them also increases the distance at which enemies become aware of you. That's probably not something you want. You would like to be able to shoot them with an arrow from far away without having them become aware of you automatically from that same distance. I'm too lazy to look it up right now though, so maybe that one is actually ok, and it's a different property that affects the AI distance awareness.
