AlfredTheUnprepared
So from time to time Skyrim just randomly crashes to the desktop. No noise, no warning, no error message, nothing. So I did the papyrus edit and the generated logs file came out with this- [08/09/2018 - 07:43:05PM] EditorPapyrus log opened (PC)[08/09/2018 - 07:43:05PM] Memory page: 128 (min) 512 (max) 76800 (max total) Can anyone tell me what it means and whether there is a way to resolve it? Thank you in advance.
AlfredTheUnprepared
To give a bit more background, this happens after hours of playing. And then if I restart the game it happens within minutes. Restarting my computer usually pushes the problem back another few hours.
Grospolina
Papyrus log is not a crash log. It's not generally useful for diagnosing crashes. You should monitor the temperature of your GPU (and CPU just in case). Overheating can cause issues like this. When you restart the game immediately, it's still hot so it crashes again right away. When you reboot or wait until the next day, you're giving it more time to cool down.
