As it seems, I have no clue what mod makes almost every gun become inaccurate when I aim with ironsights, this includes guns added by other mods.

For e.g:

I have the French Carbine from one of Camon/Scottmack weapons, it is supposed to be more accurate when I aim in 1st person, but becomes unexpectedly inaccurate when I aim in 3rd person, with the help of PN's crosshair I noticed this issue.

Is there any solution to this?

Its not about aiming. Let me make it clear.

 

I aim a gun, with the help of dynamic crosshair from Project Nevada, the crosshair becomes bigger indicating my gun becomes inaccurate when I aim it. When I don't aim it, it becomes accurate and the crosshair becomes smaller, but when I aim it, the crosshair becomes bigger.

 

Simply, when I aim a gun, it becomes inaccurate instead of becoming more accurate.

Are you certain "Solid Project" doesn't also have anything similar to the PN dynamic cross hair? If so, they might be in conflict.

 

The cross hairs do not influence weapon or aiming accuracy. They reflect it.

 

Also, your description doesn't match my experience with PN dynamic cross hairs. They consist of two parts: the length and thickness of the lines, and the amount of separation of the lines from the center dot. The cross hairs themselves change size to indicate relative distance to the target (thicker is closer), and their degree of space from the interior line end to the center indicates the amount of "spread" inherent in the aim accuracy (which is a combination of weapon characteristic and skill). That will not become apparent unless you actually "aim".

I know, I just forgot that. But aiming every single weapon in the game really makes it less accurate. I never know how this happened and what caused it. :/
