Unique Skryim crashing

Hello I am not a programmer.

 

My game will load and go through a little ways to the town then get about half way through the character creation phase, then the video carshes, the sound stays on and the game pauses.

 

I can hit contl alt, del, to load windows task manager then click on Skyrim 'game running' with switch to.

 

Then for another five minutes I can finish my creation and then the game stops with a character either stomping back and forth in place starring straight ahead, (no controls at all work; the only option is to contrl alt del and restart the whole game again) or if I am lucky a previously created character will stop like I hit pause on a old VCR, the sound continues the game freezes, and i lose the video.

 

This happens another couple times. If I have not saved, the game kicks out and crashes completely, turns off losing all progress as if I never created that character or never progressed from the save I loaded.

 

If i save right after the game shows everyone got off the wagon and i've seen the autosave I can hit save. this can be used to fasttrack to creating anew character without having to start a new game.

 

However if one character does the stomp side to side in place after the dragon attacks and Rolf yells to me to 'get up the gods won't give us another chance' the character I created either stomps side to side as if running but does not move anywhere since the keyboard controls are disconnected, or I can run inside the tower, then it happens again right after Rolf says 'we need to get to the top of the tower', again the character stomps side to side as if running and the contols don't work.

 

I use 30 mods.

 

Taking a screen shot would not show much more than I have described, and I can't take a screen shot anyway because the game does not answer the keyboard! wsad left cntrl, spacebar, f, e or r does not work.

 

Even setting up the character to look straight up or stand on the stairs just below where the dragon heads through the wall and blows a blast of flame the character stomps side to side as if running and the controls don't work. I cannot make a new game. usually for the last twenty times i reinstal the game after uninstalling it. after playing the game seven times, the same problem returns. I use tes%edit, loot and fnis every time to fix all problems. this is a niggling one that does not go away. I have Super antispyware and the entire IObit suite of programs and use AVG antivirus so it is not a computer problem.

 

Regardles of wherther i install SKSE or just run the regular boring game with zero mods it does the same thing so I don't think it is a mod problem.

 

It does this same problem across three laptops. two Dells and one old boat anchor lenovo e1.

 

One dell is a latitude with win 7 ultimate refurbished in 2014 from a 2004 model, the other one is a inspirion -3552 15 made in 2015 with win 10 home.

 

I am using the sherlock Holmes method of showing each part of the problem and working backwards.

 

I don't know what it is with skyrim that it does this 20 times through three machines.

 

as i stated i can't make a screen shot because the keyborad keys don't work when it does this.

Can you share your load order? Use LOOT to post it. It's easy, but you can find a tutorial to do so anyway just in case.
