Vortex, Wrye Bash and saves not showing

I don't know if I've got a wrye bash or a vortex problem but...

In all FO3 FONV and FO4 I have profiles, switching between profiles in FO3 and FONV worls fine, the save games are properly shown, and if I launch wrye bash from the dashboard I see in wrye bash the appropriate saves.

But in FO4 all this is true except the last part, in wrye bash the saves tab is empty the mods are still listed correctly so clearly wrye bash is setup properly in the dashboard.

 

I've checked, and in all the games the savespath is being rewritten by Vortex when profiles are changed, except that in FO4 it is the Fallout4Custom.ini that is changed not the Fallout4.ini, with the two other games the savespath is changed in Fallout.ini, so is this a Vortex editing the wrong file problem, or wrye bash not reading the right file problem?
