No menu or cursor at start

Just reinstalled FNV and now my game wont start. i dont have many mods so i cant figure out why it wont start. can anyone help me out here

What says FNVedit?

Where is other DLC .esps for WMX?

FNV edit says everything is fine and i just installed the compatibility files for WMX dunno why i didnt before but dont know if that would cause this issue?
