mikekearn
If it happened after you used a specific mod, I would try uninstalling the mod, and see if that fixes the problem. If it does, go to the thread on that mod, and post what happened and ask them if they can fix it.
fartfizer
thats the thing , I unsinstalled the mod , even reinstalled the game , still the problem occurs
mikekearn
Did you try asking the person/people responsible for the mod what they changed? If uninstalling and reinstalling the game didn't work, though, I'm not sure what it could possibly be. You may just have to deal with it, unfortunately. At least until a patch (official or otherwise) can fix the problem if it's just a game bug.
fartfizer
maybe it is just part of the game that I never noticed till now because I went looking at some ign screenshots and they have the same thing ! Kinda odd for something like this to be in the game though! http://img377.imageshack.us/img377/8289/headtoheadfallout320081od8.jpg
Armadous
Unfortunately that's just the way the textures line up on the edge between the head and body. Bethesda had this problem in Oblivion as well. Since the body and head use different texture files getting an invisible seam is difficult. I'm sure some one will eventually set about the laborious task of making it seamless, however I do not envy the poor smuck who takes on this noble cause. Its likely you just didn't notice the seam at first.
