CTD when receiving any new quest

Recently my game started getting a CTD whenever i received a new quest. at first I thought it was just modded quests but upon going to the rail road to pick up a radiant quest my game once again CTD'd. Tried a little bit of fiddling to see whats going on but got nothing, here is my Load order, any help would be great.

Heya SonoFgrim! Ouch! That's a rough one :(

My first suspicion is that you have a script that is interfering with the quest scripts. The easiest way to see if that's true or not is to deactivate all your mods. Especially that creation club content, and play a clean character to see if it still works.

Now I really, hope that isn't the case. If it is a script causing the problem, any character you have played on since this started is screwed. Scripts bake into your savegame, so any character's you played have this issue baked into them, with no way to clean it, if it's a script. I want to prepare you for that, if this is the cause.

 

I'm not good at doing mod conflicts, unless I can play around with the load order myself. Especially since you have a lot of mods that I've never tried.

I did notice though, that you've got TWO mods for ammo weight for Fall Harbor. Does ammo from fall harbor actually have weight? I've never played it, that's why I ask.

 

Also, that mod Items Weightless.esp does that affect ALL items in your inventory? If so, get rid of it. Some of the quests in the main storyline, involving Dogmeat searching for Kellogg will NOT work, if the quest items have no weight value to them. (Really weird bug).

 

In your load order where you have addin items, like guns and armor, you've got a few other categories of mods mixed in with them. But none of this will be affecting your quests. Other than possibly that weight mod with Dogmeat. Just trying to point out some perfomance hits.
