MephilesSoul
I can install custom race mods, spell mods, 3d model mods and all of that.I have never been able to get custom armour or weapon mods to work though.Specifically, when I go to obtain these items, they aren't where they're supposed to be.I can't buy them in the store they're said to be in, the chest they're supposed to show up in isn't even there, etc.Am I missing a fix or something? Windows 7, Desktop, and now that I realize the mods might not know it's in an unusual place, I'll check that real quick.2. How does one check the version? LFact
Then you need to patch your game(unless you're stick with some really old mods). The last version is 1.2.0.416. If you installed Shivering Isles as well, you have to install SI patch(installing SI modifies Oblivion.exe and Oblivion.esm), but if you didn't you need Oblivion patch. Another thing is you must get the right language version patch for your game, otherwise it won't work.

I'll go and get the patch right away, thank you.If I come back, it didn't work, but I don't see why it wouldn't./Kudos
