Fully Covering Imperial Light Armor

I have been searching for a mod that adds pants, sleeves, gloves, and a hooded cloak (and perhaps a scarf) to the Imperial Light Armor set, but haven't found one. asc_kel on Skyrim Nexus made a slightly similar mod that just removed the armor's pteruges (the tunic with leather lappets) and added the pants from the Thieves Guild Armor, since he didn't like the Roman-style "skirt" look, but that isn't quite what I'm after.

Basically, I want the Imperial soldiers (as well as my own character, when he dons their armor or receives his own from the Jarl of Whiterun) to look like they're suitably dressed for Skyrim's wintery climate. Maybe the frost-resistant Nords can withstand snow and blizzards with bare legs, arms and hands, but Imperials and most other races would be shivering and catching frostbite in the cold. So here's how I'd like the Imperial Light Armor to be modified:

1. Add pants underneath the pteruges (possibly using the pant-legs from the Stormcloak armor, or from the Belted Tunic or Mourner's Clothes, or from any other suitable non-armor apparel). The pants' color need not match the armor (they could simply be ordinary trousers/breeches worn beneath the armor), though it's a nice touch if they do, of course.

2. Add leather manica (segmented armored sleeves) or cloth sleeves from some suitable apparel (such as from the Jester's Clothes, the forearms from the Party Clothes, or any other suitable close-fitting sleeves) under the armor's short-sleeved pauldrons.

3. Add a focale (a type of scarf the Romans often wore as a coif for certain kinds of armor like this) around the collar and neck, preferably red to match the tunic.

4. Add a sagum (the cloak Roman legionnaires often wore with their armor, either over one shoulder or hanging down like a cape), preferably red to match the armor's tunic, though I can see other colors working well too.

5. Add gloves to the Imperial Light Bracers (from the Gloves apparel or perhaps from the Fur Gauntlets - though I think the ordinary Gloves match the bracers' color more closely).

6. For alternate bracers, convert the female version of Leather Bracers (from the Leather Armor set) to fit males (I personally think the female version looks better), and add gloves to them as per #5.

7. Add a red hood (possibly by retexturing one of the Mage Hoods or one of the hoods from the various Hooded Robes) to go with the cloak.

I think this armor set would look far better than the standard Imperial Light/Studded Armor (not to mention a lot warmer to fit Skyrim's icy weather). Would anyone be interested in modding this? I'm sure many others besides me would love to have it. Thoughts?

Thanks, Patrick! The Perfect Legionnaire mod looks great. The only issues I have with it are:

1. The armor is lacking a cloak. Is there any way to attach the cloak from the Redguard Garb and modify it to look new rather than torn and tattered?

2. I'd like to somehow modify the female Leather Bracers (from the Leather Armor set) to fit males and add gloves to them (using just the hands from the standard Gloves apparel). Is that doable?

3 . The pants the author used seem to have metal plates on the front. I'd prefer to use the pant-legs from the Belted Tunic apparel (or some other non-armored clothing). Can that be done easily?

4. The author darkened the armor's textures for some reason. I'd prefer to have the original brown leather color. Should I ask the author to do this?
