Fall out mod manager and Marts mutant mod

3 issues here

 

1. I try to run FOMM and get an instant crash, I have .net 4.0, and at installation it warns me that .net 2.0 or higher isnt installed. I cant install 2.0 because I am using Windows XP service pack 3. Computer is a HP pavilion s***. There is no geenrated crash report other than the shitty microsoft generic "send error report" screen. If you want that info Ill paste it. Nexus mod manager also does this same exact thing without the 2.0 prompt. Just instant crash.

 

2. I was able to get marts mutant mod running just dandy by loading the data files with the launcher(since FOMM and nexusMM wont work), everything functions as expected except : I dont think the size scaling is working, nor the alt textures. Radroaches have the default two textures they have in vanilla, and I have yet to notice a size variance. Maybe I just have bad perception. I have the archive invalidation thing on as well.

 

3.Updated to 6.2 on the marts mutant mod and control panel is gone, had to use console to summon the quest script to edit the console, but in order to see the console again i have to reset it, so i dont know if my control panel changes are functioning after i installed 6.2, is there a way to get the control panel back into my inventory without starting a new game?

 

Would strongly appreciate some help here =/ Using FOSE to run fallout.

Disable MMM, make a clean save, then enable MMM again and load the clean save.

 

No idea about the .net problems though. Have you tried googling it? You can't be the only one who has experienced such an issue.

I did all that and still no panel fffffff. Ill try it again though. I did it only to install 6.2.

 

Also I did some googling, maybe my search skills are bad, but I wasn't able to find any solutions. Most people say it's something to do with .net, but I cant seem to find a windows xp .net 2.0 installation for service pack 3. Cant install 3.5 either. Only 4.0 wants to install. Might just uninstall 4.0 and try fresh with 2.0, sigh.

 

 

2. You must do a cell reset as described in the MMM documentation if you are not going to start a new game.

 

3. You need to wait at least 15 seconds (in game, not in menu) for the MMM Controller to appear in your inventory.

 

Ive done both, but would having a mod that affects experience gain effect the size variances, do you think?
