Once i get near to whiterun my game CTD

Basically what the title says, im using vortex, checking LOOT for conflicts and xEdit for cleanning the mods and it all seems fine, but once i get close to whiterun i just ctd, i got as far as the edge of the horse

Usually, a CTD in the same location is the result of a bad mesh introduced by a mod. What I can't tell you is which mod it is (at least partly because I've never used half the mods that you have). What I would be looking for is a mod that changes the looks of things in that general area. A corrupted version of Sofia, for instance, would do it since she's to be found in those stables. However, unless that happened in your download process (truly bad luck) I doubt that would be the cause. Rather, look through your mods and ask yourself with each one, "does this affect the look of the outside of Whiterun in any way?" If the answer is yes then turn it off and try your game again. Rinse and repeat until you've eliminated the mod causing your issue.
