Hi! I'm a female voice actor looking for mods to participate in. If you have a suggestion

for a mod for me to act in, please post what kind of mod it is as a comment.I may or may not choose to participate depending on what kind of mod it is.

Do you know Chinese (or...um...Mandarin I guess)?

 

At some point, I'd like to find some people who can speak it for a mod I'm working on. If not, that's OK as well. I haven't even begun thinking about writing and story all too much, but would it be alright if I rang you up when the time comes?

Also, do you have your own recording equipment (that's of reasonable high-quality)? That would make things very easy.

It's a shame I get hear this as I'm just learning to mod. But there are three projects I will be doing because I want to:

 

One involves a mod of Vault 34 that makes it not a dungeon, but a dying place where the people need to be and can be rescued. Having a quest giver, like the acting Overseer or junior Overseer, while not neccessary, would be nice. The basics would be dispatching the Couier on quests to find Rad-Away, things to stablize the reactor, brokering deals with local communities to salvage good stuff from their vault for aid and a place to stay (waterchip for good farming land) and possibly an evac quest to Vault 3, requiring first the Firends be wiped out, then the Courier leading the first group to Vault 3 and they clear a path for the rest of the Vault to follow.

 

Next a Fallout discontinutaty mod that involes a powerful "NCR" person (a female Vault Dweller where the progression from Fallout 1 to New Vegas was only 40 years and it is 2181) hires the Courier to clean out and clean various businesses in West and South Vegas nd get them operating. Think the Steel Mill and Sunset Saspherilla occupied by NCR, fortied and filled with NCR workers to solidify NCR economic interests in Vegas. Later on the preferenial hiring of NCR squaters over Freedside and Westside locals will be an issue and tie in with King's Gambit.

 

And, perhaps most ambitiously, I want to create a radio station for Fallout 3. It stars a Ghoul named Carry Delanny, the teacher from the Little Lamplight apocapylse logs. Her radio broachcast would consist of her playing more modern music (the Eagles, the Doors, Alanis Morrisette) as she tries to explain the retrofuturism of Fallout and tells stories of the first years of the post war atomic wasteland, including her time as a slave in paradise falls. She aslo makes a lot of snarky comments, including after she plays Chuck Berry's 'Johnny Be Good' that her listeners might not be ready for it, but, and I quote "your kids are going to love it." The station would be a decontruction of many of Fallout themes, provide new tunes and generally be aweome. It is aslo the one thing I need no meshes to do, and so I could whip up a rough script by the end of the week. The trick is you'd ither have to do a good female ghoul voice or sound roughly similar to Carry Delanney's Lamplight tapes, as this is an extention of her story.

Trickyvein: I don't know mandarin or Chinese ( I know about 5 Chinese frases ). Yes I do have a high quality recorder.

It's called Sunset Sarsaparilla's Wild West World and involves a western themed amusement park. The plot has grown very detailed and convoluted, so I won't go into much of any detail, to save time.

 

But the voice I need, is for a character that plays a part similar to Sierra Petrovita, except she is a Sunset Sarsaparilla fangirl. She has several side quests, (some in competition with Phil the nuka cola dude), , and is the gateway to the main portion of the mod (the amusement park).

I am also looking for another female voice actor for the Danielle Wagner companion mod.

 

Currently i need a second female to do FEMALE PLAYER voice as i am adding in player voiced commands when you call Danielle over the radio.

I JUST started writing the scripts for the radio dialog as a test and it works very very well.

I will be redoing the male player voice as this was just a test to see how it would work. But i will also need a voice for a female player.
