No1Caledon
Hello. Anyone willing to help me figure out how to have multiple clothing mods that enable all the clothes in those mods to be available for random camp followers instead of just the clothes in the last mod in the list? Thanks!
taryl80
I am not deep into this, but I would guess a lvllist would need to be edited by every mod for the settlers. I am not sure if that would lead to ctds, since you would have always to edit the same lvllist again and again. When I think about it, it could help to merge all the mods. So the ctd potential would be gone. If you do it for yourself, you can do it to any time, but should you decide to upload this - then modpack - you would need first the permission of every mod-author of the original mods for the upload. StormWolf01
it depends on how the mods are set up.If one or more of the mods are set up to put specific items on the characters, just as an example.... Nick Valentine and his trenchcoat and Nick's Revolver.... you'd need to remove those entries from the NPC Actor's file, and set them up for using a level list. After adding them to said list, you'd need to then use Wrye Bash to completely merge the lists together, so that they have an equal chance of spawning items from the merged list. and avoid conflicts. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/20032 Now, one thing to mention is that if you have to remove items and add them to a lvl list, then you may be tempted to steal a level list from one of the other mods. That's ok, as long as you don't mind having that mod as a dependency for the other one. (Requirement). If all of them use level lists, then you can just skip the first part, and Bash their LL's together.
delyne
If your wanting the settlers to spawn with the clothing items randomly, the outfits need to be in the leveled lists. what ever mod is bottom on the load order wins and gets its gear list. So what you can do is merge the lists down.... Oxhorn has a video on how to do this. Add the Outfit to the bottom mod that has the leveled list. Then add THAT new armor to the list. Oxhorn puts the other outfit mods above the Better Settlers Comunity clothing pack esp, then adds them to that esp's leveled list.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y0FAL_HwNQo
