Oblivion CTDs whenever I try soul trapping something

Like the title says, my game instantly crashes whenever I cast soul trap on a creature the moment I kill them.

Looking it up I saw multiple people say to edit migck's miscellaneous ini, but I don't use that mod.

I personally suspect it may be Ultimate Leveling, since it's the only mod I can think of that does something when I soul trap

Here's my load order in wrye bash; can anyone tell me what might be causing this crash?

Have you read through the thread in the Ultimate Leveling mod comments started by downloader2103 on Oct 20 2019?

Oh, I hadn't seen that thread, good find. Unfortunately it pretty much confirms that it's a conflict between Maskar's Oblivion Overhaul and Ultimate Leveling so I'll either have to wait for an update or ditch Ultimate Leveling.

I wouldn't be suprised if OR is causing your CTD as it changes way too much stuff in-game e.g can't wait without sleeping as the player need a bed to *wait*.

Either read the information about configuration for OR or simple deactivate it and see if it helps.
