Delete Telekinesis from Guards

Greetings, Nexus!

Hasn't it bugged you that no matter how well you hide the City Guards always run correctly into you without ever noticing you from a 9999 km distance to catch you with your bounty? What if I want to have the bounty for roleplay reasons? There is nothing lore-friendly and immersive about this, is there?

I request some suggestion on what I can edit in ck to fix that or , perhaps, some mods alredy done?

they are falmer in truth... they preparing for an one single strike . thats why they wearing all closed helms and thats why they going to find every guilty while not on sight cause they hear them :). haha you are right... they may little more carefull than bandits
