hellboundindefensis
As topic suggests, it looks like your char lifts it to his eye, but in FP it's just not so, I have virtually no idea how to do this or i'd give it a go, but i'd love to see a good AA Ironsights - is this modelling or just camera angle? either way, coolness or not? Radic
I'm 200% behind this - I can't believe it hasn't already been done!!!
sockgangsta
I'm 300% behind this, Ha, more than you! Anyway, I was super surprised when I tried to ironsight ingame and it didn't do what I thought it would. I'm not entirely sure how difficult it would be to implement, and whether or not it would need a construction set.
vash1985
i raise you all by 1000% i freak out sometimes when i hit the aim button and my weapons sights dont get planted in my face
greatbigjerk
Infinity +1%? The aiming doesn't feel right the way it is currently, it may be more difficult with some weapons than others, but most of the guns have sights and it's kinda silly to zoom in without looking through them. Fnhatic
Well the laser weapons have no sights on them whatsoever - how they aim them is beyond me.
Radic
The laser weapons are actually ok without ironsights as they have a pretty healthy tracer effect - BUT - I do notice they have what looks like a laser pointer gizmo on them? - if that's what it is then maybe when you press the aim button you could get the laser pointer beam come on. MaXiMiUS
It would be interesting to see how challenging (or not?) this game would be with the "magical floating crosshair" gone. Anyways, /agree with this topic.
Sakaragi
Well, they need the weapons to be a lot more accurate for it to work well. I know there's mods to lower spread, but I still aim in and it fires in the general area. I also really hate when I'm trying to poke around a corner, and I use vats and see my character hit the wall. SpacemanSpIiff
Gonna Have to agree here. I almost made a topic for this myself until i saw this. With upcoming mods for real world guns that are bound to be in fallout (Take the recently released Desert Dragon on FO3nexus) accurate Iron sights will be on most of modded weaponry. Iron sights are a must have.
