Questions about Corpse Preparation

As the title suggests, I have several questions regarding this particular mod. The posts on the original page seem to have died out and the author himself seem to have abnadoned the mod altogether,so I thought I could try my luck here and hopefully have some questions answered.

Now what I know from the mod from both the description and testing is that you have to find a corpse, bring it back, skin it, repair the bones and then animate it. And you'll get a permanent skeleton follower to its death. But it comes at a price which will corrupt your soul, making you more susceptible to disease, decrease your speech and more.

What I want to know is,
1. Is the soul corruption permanent? Do they stack? And is there anyway to negate this? Because the description says those adept in dark magic can negate this, and even then it's very loose on what it actually means.

2. Certain repair materials like the scrap metal and catgut can only be obtained by the merchant in College of Winterhold. Is this item even on the leveled list and where else can I find these items?

3. Some bodies I find that are over 20+ levels are unable to be animated with the message "Your necromancy skills are not sufficient enough to use this body". Are they referring to my conjuration skill, a perk, or their own hidden necromancy skill system?

4. I have mods like Apocalypse that give new spells, one such spell is the Azure reconstruction, which heals undead or summons at the cost of your stamina. The thing is, your undead is unable to be healed by either that or the heal other spell. Any workaround for this?

5. The limit is 3. As it's pretty time consuming to even get a single body working and adding to the fact that they can't be healed in mid combat, is there a way to at least increase their limit via SSE Edit or Creation Kit?

6. There are some petty good number of necromancy related mods out there. How well does Corpse Preparation play with other mods out there? As I recall, Undeath and Path of the Revenant play wells with each other. What of mods like Psikotics Necromancy mod or fairly new The Dark Arts? Do they work together?

I just hope that whoever once used this mod before or is using this mod can help provide some insight for me who just started using this really cool mod. That is all for now :D
