Select the topic and in the INFO put in what the NPC will say and save. Then make sure the text in the INFO section is selected, In the condition use the condition GetIsID and point it to the NPC that will be speaking. see pic belowhttp://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/images/47652-1-1351800054.jpgAfter you have done that go back to the info section and double click what you put for the NPC to say and at the bottom select or record the voice.http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/images/47652-1-1351800484.jpg Remember that the VOICE TYPE in the NPC creation menu is what tells the Geck what voice to use.http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/images/47652-1-1351800714.jpg Edited November 1, 2012 by Capt Mitch

CaptMitch
I dont use Power up. I use the NVSE loaded. I found that Powerup does not let me save all the scripts created with NVSE
TrickyVein
Go read the GECK wiki about creating conversations for NPCs. That should get you up to speed. When you finish editing a piece of dialogue, the GECK assigns it a name and places it in its proper folder (it creates a file path but not the file itself). Simply rename whatever sound-file you want to use using this name and place it in the correct directory and it will work. Also, The GECK's lip-sync functionality is broken. In order to have characters move their mouths to recorded audio, you need to use the construction kit for oblivion (it is the same process as in the GECK, only it works and spits out a .lip file). Just copy and rename these to whatever name they're given through the piece of dialogue in the conversations tab inside of the GECK. It absolutely doesn't matter if you can hear the files inside of the GECK. Just use whatever format Bethesda used (.ogg or wave, I forget which) and you are fine. I recommend using audacity, a free sound-editing program. Edited November 3, 2012 by TrickyVein
CaptMitch
This is not the case the Geck is not broke just missing a file. You can use the geck to lip sync you just need to add the file! Using the Construction Set to create Lip-Sync files, then moving them to your Fallout NV folder and then renaming them so they will even work is a TOTAL WASTE OF TIME ! I have never once used the Construction set to create my Lip files because i fixed the issue with the GECK and it is a VERY simple fix. I made a guide to fix this issue.Guide to fix the lip sync function in the GECK Edited November 3, 2012 by Capt Mitch
