BlueGunk Posted December 10, 2019 Share Posted December 10, 2019 RESOLVED. PLEASE IGNORE! A very specific issue. Game version 1.5.80, Update.esm, the quest Fit for a Jarl. Specifically ID = 000e9eb5 The Radiant Raiment Fine Clothes do not appear in my game. This is because the Update.esm English string is corrupted in the 1.5.80 game. That means they are effectively invisible in the game and the quest cannot be completed.The string is presented thus: <Error: Unknown lstring ID 000100AA> I cannot find the correct string in the lists provided (which is why Update cannot, either). Nor has re-downloading the core files for the 1.5.80 game resolved the problem - so it must be an error in that Update.esm. I can't copy and paste the string in SSEdit. Therefore this quest is broken until I can fix this line in the Update.esm. Might anyone please have a solution to this problem? I do not know the CK well enough, or other ways of sorting this.
