Deleted54892532User
I've never gotten this problem before, I was just trying to start a new game. On a side note, why does bodyslide flat out refuse to change the body no matter what I try? The ZeX Fusiongirl. I've reinstalled it at least twice and tried different things, and reinstalled Bodyslide at least once. Nothing works and my character is always a twig with a nonexistant waist and tiny hips that are way too low. EDIT:Further exploration, it's an Extended Dialogue Interface thing. How that translates to "XDL" I can only guess. Though now I get a CTD when I try to Comfort Shaun... fml. TheVampireDante
It's XDI - for eXtended Dialogue Interface - for the problem, made sure you've got the most up to date version installed. It needs to be matched the with the new F4SE releases each time the game is updated. As for the bodyslide issue - you've installed it, but have you run through the Bodyslide process to actually implement the sliders you want? It won't automatically apply the ones you've downloaded by itself.Remember, you have to do it for the body, and the outfits as well (if you want them to fit properly). Yes, and I had it working before on the CBBE body prior to going to ZeX. And I'm pretty sure I had it working with ZeX originally and then it just... stopped deciding to work. StormWolf01
Heya King. Ok, now this is under the assumption that you don't have some kind of version number incompatibility going.Back before the updates started messing things up, I'd switched custom bodies too. And had exactly what you're describing.Make sure that you remove any and all CBBE files from both your game folder, and any backups that your mod installer may have made (if applicable on the latter). This includes any of the files that you've created, for presets and armor. (I wish I knew what folder those went into, but I don't.) Personally, I don't recommend deleting them, from your game folder. You may decide that you want them again later on down the road. If it was me, I'd CUT and paste them into a set of folders somewhere else on my computer. Now install your new body. Now make sure that you update Bodyslide's settings to look for the new, correct slider files, in bodyslide's settings. Then build your new body, and batch build your clothes/armor. And then test in game. Now as I said, this is assuming that you don't have a version number conflict due to the recent updates. [Edit] Just thought of something else, that might be really easy to overlook. Make sure that you've got CBBE.esp removed from your load order as well.[/edit] Edited December 13, 2019 by StormWolf01
