Kellogg's outfit with armor underneath

I'm surprised there isn't a mod which lets you to wear armor on top of Kellogg's outfit.

there could be two versions of the mod, one which allows all armor to be worn on top and one which is the same except for not letting you have armor on your left arm (since the base outift has metallic armor on it).

This is probably really simple to make and i would do this myself if i only knew how. I cant be bothered to find a guide for exactly what i'm looking for since there are so many guides for different things.

Heya Chiono!

Essentially, what you're wanting, is to convert the Kellogg outfit into what is called "Underarmor".

I wrote out a guide for another user, on how to convert a costume (which is what a full set of clothes is, a costume) to underarmor here... https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/8142703-customizable-deadpool-outfit/&do=findComment&comment=74993938

the main difference, is that you're working with vanilla assets. So once you get Xedit open, all you will need to checkmark is the fallout4 esm.

You will also need to find the section for ARMOR, click the + next to it, and select ArmorKellog which I highlighted in blue in this pic.

after clicking it to highlight it, you will need to RIGHT click on it, and then Choose Copy as OverRIde. Then it will ask you whether you want to make the new override as an esm, esp, or esl. Choose a regular esp.

Then it will ask you to name your new override esp. Type in whatever you want to name it.

Then press the CTRL key, and the S key on your keyboard to save the new esp.

Ok, now find the new listing for the ArmorKellog in your new ESP, and make the changes that I mentioned in the other thread.

This will convert the outfit to underarmor. And you can now wear other armor pieces over it.

HOWEVER

I do not know how to make an underarmor that has one body slot area that is NOT underarmor. It might be as simple as leaving the left arm as regular armor, but I don't know for sure. And I doubt it. You might be able to alter the outfit in Outfit Studio, that comes with BodySlide, but I don't know about that either, since I've never really used it other than for making CBBE bodies.

The blue area is the name of the armor. The yellow area where you need to change the values. The arrows are the names of the values that you need to click to change them.

Hope this helps
