G4M3W1NN3R
always nessarary: but in this situation only the fallout4.ini files that is located with M02 would need the applicable edits - because M02 uses a virtual drive, all fallout 4 related stuff (game settings, saved games, and the game itself) would be loaded by M02 and as such would be located in the same place, unlike the default installation of games, where the game itself would be placed in the location of the game client, and its game settings as well as saved games would be placed in the user documents location. you would not need to edit the ones found in the user documents. as these files are only if the game is installed to its default location like every other game, that uses the my games folder inside the documents for its game settings and saved games. basically games that are installed via a game client in its own location, steam in the case. Note: i have never used M02 however, so i am going on based on what i have read on users that do use it, and from what i gather, their should be all 3 fallout 4.ini files with M02 or they must be placed with M02. Note: The only time it would not be necessary to edit the ini files yourself to enable modding, is if M02 edits the ini files for you, however this is probably unlikely.
