Wanna say thanks to the - Nexussites - Developers, you do a great Job and the NMM is also a great tool.

Never had Problems with anything on this Site.. so.. next month i'll buy a Lifetime Sub, so you guys can Celebrate with that Money, hehe.

 

But one thing is really Hard, you are Banning for Criticism on every Mod.. okay i understand when you Ban several People that are Trolling in a Row on a Mod.. without Contructive Critic..

but its Hard to see People with 300+ Posts and over 2-3 Years of Registered time getting Banned for 1 Text.. hehe, anyway i wont troll, i'll do good Criticism with my Half English knowledge.

They only ban members for comments that breach the rules;

 

- an interface to offer positive feedback on the functionality of the file in question based on the author’s initial intentions

- the ability to offer constructive criticism on aspects of the file that could be improved

- the chance to ask for feature requests and discuss such requests with other users of the site or the author

- the ability to ask for help in troubleshooting problems with the file in question

 

Those people who have been here long enough should be aware of these rules and therefore should know better.

Like ppl have said they should know the rules but also there is 3-4 million members and 10 or so hand picked staff, so they may be harsh but with that many its needed, but with there being a few hand picked members of staff, that means they were picked for a reason and they are not inhuman machines.

 

People can use the unban appeal so if they do they can put there case forward, explain apologize etc, everyone makes mistakes and looking over some of the old ban posts some old and good members have made mistakes and been banned, and also they have done the above put in a unban appeal, explained the situation and apologized or what ever has made the staff unban them.

 

I could name a few off the top of my head of members I have noticed that this has happened to by viewing the ban thread forum but will not for obvious reasons of calling out names and digging up past dirt.

 

TL:DR There is so many member to staff ratio they can not really afford to be "slack" with the rules, and members should know the rules but there is a system in place if someone does get banned and did something out of the normal for them etc.
