Realistic bullet drop?

I've seen some fps games have bullet drop when you shoot a gun e.g a sniper rifle, which I saw this bullet drop thing when I was playing Battlefield 3 as a sniper. I think this would be a great challenge for Marksmen and Sniper players in FNV if they aim for realism.

Basically bullet drop is when you shoot a gun, your bullet goes down because of gravity. If your enemy is far away, you may have to aim your gun a little bit more upwards to hit your enemy, its like artillery but with bullets! I know everyone knows this all but just a little trivia fact hehe.

I, myself, want bullet drop in this game with all Guns having tracers no matter what kind of type the bullet is so i can measure how my bullet will hit an enemy. Tracers help with snipers to determine bullet drop, they aren't useless y'know.

Please, i want bullet drop in this game to prove my sniping skills, this would make the game more alot like fps shooters like BF5 in 2019. A mod like this can make FNV keep up with new FPS games in the future!

Ya the mechanics for this were there in Fo3 , they just didn't use them much.

Vanilla FNV started using them somewhat ... and looks like modders have extended on that themselves.

But I think the main problem in bringing them to work closer to real world physics ... is the draw distance. With the uGridsToLoad limited like it is. You can't actually shoot something at real world distances since they don't exist in a reference form with a mesh you can hit with a projectile.

Albeit I wonder if there is a way (using what exists) to set up a cell to cell portal via the scope display. But then that probably would have problems translating the speed / gravity settings to get the desired bullet drop result ?

@ the OP ... If you find a bullet drop mod you like , but does not have the tracer you want.

Should be relatively simple to add it per weapon/projectile as you find them in game , for your own purposes.

Which is look up the weapon base-ID in geck , then see what projectile it uses , look that up , then change the "Tracer Chance"

Like the "308BulletProjectile" is set to 0.0 by vanilla. Which I think 1.0 would make it 100% of the time ?
