All I can say is, remember to save often; starting a clean play-through might be necessary, especially after uninstalling or installing multiple mods at once. You haven't provided a link to your mod list or given system specs, so we have no idea if the issue is with incompatible mods, an incorrect load order, lack of RAM, etc.Best of luck to you.
