FWE installation not working

I recently got Fallout 3 GOTY from a Steam sale. I got the game running but I've been trying to install FWE. I am using Vortex, I have Archive invalidation active, BOSS and FOSE. I have all 3 main FWE files in a zipped folder and I've tried to install it using the "Install from file" option in Vortex. When I select the options I want (all the core components, DLC and Followers Enhanced Broken Steel) and click install an error appears (the image of the error will be a discord link that opens it in your browser) and when I click on details a large block of text (It is pasted below). If I click continue the installer stays at 0%. How do I fix this

You can fix this by following the instructions on the FWE description page or by reading the posts in the FWE posts section.

 

The mod was not developed to be used with anything other than the Fallout Mod Manager (FOMM) Use of any other mod manager requires additional work.

Yes, you should restart the game from the save you made just before leaving the vault entrance tunnel.

 

You will also need Custom Race Endings Broken Steel Override https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/6240 in order to proceed into BrokenSteel. This just needs to be installed before the encounter in the rotunda and can be disabled and uninstalled once Broken Steel starts.
