Nexus Forums/Mod Site Profile Pic

So I don't know if anyone else has this problem or if it's just me but I can't change my profile picture for nexus forums and the Nexus mod site. I've tried ICO, JPEG, PNG, less than 200px more than 4000px I've tried 1mb files sizes I've tried 100mb file sizes nothing seems to work. It accepts the picture I'm assuming but it wont actually change it I've waited 1 minute to 3 days and nothing happens. I'm I banned from changing my profile pic? is that even a thing? someone please help.

Heya Slayer! Nah, it's not just you. There's been gremlins in the system here lately, and technical issues with the servers. I think the avatar problem is most likely due to whatever is causing a problem uploading images to the mod pages.

I was having the problem with the avatar too. I ended up just biting the bullet and made an account with gravatar (which is linked there in your profile picture page) and am running with that for the time being.
