Frequent CTDs, is it my load order?

Hey all, I recently installed Skyrim and decided to download some mods. Yet when I play I end up crashing to my desktop for no reason within a minute to 10 minutes, without fail. I've gone through and cleaned all the dirty mods with tes5edit as best I can, and put them in a (what I believe to be) correct load order, but it still crashes. I'm at my wits end and could use the help of this knowledgeable forum, so I'll list my mods in their load order below so you all can have a look at them and see if you can pick out what could be the problem.
