Microsoft Visual C++ causing Skyim to not respond

Microsoft Visual C++ causing Skyrim to not respon and I have to Ctrl+Alt+Del and open task manager to get controll of my PC is there any fix for this? AMD is up to date and Microsoft say my Microsoft Visual C++ is newer than the one I download from MS.

I don't know for sure, but have you tried validating your game cache through steam? It seems possible to me that maybe a corrupted or missing file might cause this.

Tried that and a reinstall and still it's keeps happening :/
