Pre-war water sources - Which one could be repaired or activated

As the title says which pre-war water sources / machines do you think could be activated to provide additional water for settlements?

I'm not talking about craftable objects but about machines that are already in the world and outside of initial settlement reach.

I currently have:

-Weston Water Treatment Plant

-A small pump near Sanctuary

-Nahant Oceanological Society

-Poseidon Reservoir

I was about to mention Poseidon, but you already did. I can think of only two places - Mahkra Fishpacking and Warwick Homestead. Not very good choices perhaps. Mahkra has some big tubes going in the water, but were they for pumping or rather for disposal? At Warwick there are those two "pools" with water and facility between them with some machinery. Since it has water purifying abilities, maybe this machinery could clean the rain water stored in those pools.

Between Spectacle island and Warwick there are some structures in the water. Half of them are missing, sunken. Kinda doubt they were for water supply. Maybe for electricity.

The question should also, where the water is coming from.

I can't remember where, but I know that there is also a highley toxic lake in F4 (besides the glowing sea lakes of course). Can't imagine that any water pump would be able to clean the water from this particular lake. Luckily, he is easy to spot, because he is even glowing in the night. So that might help finding the lake.

Yeah, it has some machinery, but the water... the water is atrocious. So, that location is a no go.

What about those white towers? I've always thought they were used for water. If not as a supply, maybe distribution and pressure control. If that is the case, they could be used to get water from Treatment plant and Reservoir to more settlements. Hmm, they will probably need power to run  . There is one close to Red Rocket and another one between Hub City Auto and Dunwich. There may be more.
