Save game editor?

Anyone know of a save game editor has been coded yet? Got a great female charactor face which i made with the face surgeon guy in rivet but i have been unable to replicate it in new game character set up but i want to start new games with it and upload it to nexus. :(

 

I hate the way the character face editor is so imprecise. I took photos of where the sliders are and still no joy. Tried editing from each different default profile too. :(

I tried to reach the author of Oblivion Face Exchange Lite but it does not seem possible to reach him. Sure would be nice to have that utility tooled for Fallout 3. ;)

 

Wyre Bash (for Oblivion) also has a savegame editor and might be making a version for Fallout 3 as well.
