hi i downloaded a mod but to obtain all the spells i have to start a new game and complete all the quests smh is there any way of getting them with console command and if so in what context (also they don't appear on the add item menu mod just the clothes not the spells )

Which mod is it?

 

Often, if the mod says you need to start a new game and complete quests, then that's what you have to do.

 

But I imagine you could use the CK and find out what the file IDs are for the spell Tomes and console them in to learn them.
