Evil Knight Armors Request

I was looking at some pictures from another game of mine, WAR, when I got the idea that these armors would be very cool to have in oblivion. I know they take some work, but I think they would be worth it.

The right person with the right skills could come along and make those armors but there would be a problem with them. The armor is just too big for the game. When designing a new race one thing you have to watch is that you don't make them too big to go through doors or down narrow corridors. That armor would cause problems unless you made it very small and made a small race to wear it. The other solution would be to thin the armor down but then it just wouldn't be the same.

True, I didn't think of that. I'm sure a creative person could come up with something though. o_O

Ya, the whole idea behind this was to make armor that was just... Juggernaut, but I didn't about clipping issues with the environment. That would suck if you looked at yourself in 3rd person a saw half your armor vanish into the walls, or prevent you from advancing into a cavern.

Even if the armor isn't probable, those pictures have some pretty bad**s weapons that could be made into the game.

The pics are still very inspiring for me.

Here are a couple of pics of what I did with the default steel mesh.

I could easily fuse in skull meshes, bone pieces, and spikes to one of the default meshes; it's starting from scratch that I suck at.

Texturing isn't that hard if I have something to go off of, like the textures to an already built set.

Perhaps a fusion of Steel and Auroran w/ skulls, bones, and spikes?

Hey if you are willing to give it a try, go for it, because I can't do the meshes and textures thing. If you do decide to do it, send me a pic once you've got something.

While I'm not good enough at even altering pre-existing meshes to do something like that, I can say right now that it's fully possible to do. You would have to sacrifice a lot of the bulk, however, because of environmental clipping issues, but adding the spikes, skulls, chains, and overall evilness to pre-existing meshes (Steel might be a good base to start with) would be possible. Unless someone was -really- good at things, the armor probably wouldn't be able to be duplicated, but drawing inspiration from them, and keeping their respective styles and/or themes would be very possible.

But, the last time I tried to edit a mesh as complicated as armor I ruined the entire thing haha
