Skyrim crashes to desktop in 1/2 minutes...

In the last few days, Skyrim crashes without errors to the desktop in 1,2 minutes playing. I think it has something to do with my mods, but I don't have a solution yet.

I've downloaded skyrim hd trough a torrent(I cant download it from nexus) and installed it with the nexus mod manager. And I have downloaded xenius character enhancement manually and installed manually (cant download it with the NMM)

I placed Skyrim.esm on the top by plugins but after playing skyrim it disappeared. I've installed skyrim in with steam in program files(x86).

 

windows 7 64 bits

cpu: AMD phenom II x4 965 BE 3,4 Ghz

gpu: AMD radeon hd 6870

4 GB

1 Tb hard disk

 

All my drivers are up to date. And running skyrim as administator or in a compability mode doesn't work.

wel i don't think you should be using this 2 mods at the same time pick one of the two:

Sneak Tools Vanilla Hoods.esp

Sneak tools.esp and sneak tools vanilla hoods belongs to the same mod. (sneak tools) If I delete this mod they're both gone and if I install the mod they're both there.

I've the modded version, Skyrim 2k HD. but I cant download it from the nexus page for a reason. So i downloaded it from TPB: *link removed*
