FO3 cannot be installed in the default location of "Program Files".

Fellout needs to be lower in your load order, I suggest you read the Fellout description page for further instructions.

Mods with multiple plugins need to be in the same order as the DLCs.

You need to read and understand the install instructions for the mods you have installed.

Which mod manager are you using?

I'm using Fallout Mod Manager, my game is installed out of progam files folder

Edit: Change my load order to this but still crashing

Most mod-managers perform archive-invalidation automatically via their own Virtual File System. 'Archive Invalidation Invalidated' is only needed if you are NOT using a mod-manager (i.e. installing .esp, .bsa, and loose-files directly into the game's Data directory, and maybe using just WryeBash to create a bashed patch).

Me, I use Mod Organizer, and I expect FOMM performs similar. Try a simple test. Install a "mod" (make your own) that completely replaces a common clothing texture with a .dds of bright blue or yellow, packed into a .bsa, and load up your game WITHOUT 'Archive Invalidation Invalidated' involved in the process. If you see your "replacement" texture in-game, then all-is-good... the previous archive's texture is being Invalidated by the replacing texture in your throwaway-archive, and you can do-without 'Arch-Inval-Inval'.
If your texture ISN'T appearing in-game... then I don't know what to tell you.
Good luck.

If you are using the standalone archive invalidation and not the one that is part of FOMM, uninstall and delete the standalone version and use then one in FOMM.

Fellout-pipboy light should load before the other fellout plugins. Load darn ui as the first .esp.

Another problem is you are trying to use two performance mods, use only one.

If you still have problems, the only thing I can think of is that your equipment cannot handle the game.

Did you ever start the game without mods using the launcher so that the graphics card and graphics are set?

Please use the version of fomm located within my spoiler tag, uninstall your current version the load order template that your version is using is "Incorrect", the version I am directing you to use Is correct and needs not connect to any update site. It's stand alone.

Your load order is way out of sync anyways.
