Synth skin mod completion request

Hi folks! Another user brought this modder's resource to my attention in the forums, and the work done with it, is really, really good.

https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/27937 it's supposed to replace all the male and female textures and bumpmaps

but the author only released the texture files.

If this could be made out as something for us to wear, or be able to apply in looksmenu, it seems like it might go over pretty well.
