A rendering Issue

Hello Everyone!

After a hiatus of some months to other games and experiences, I have recently decided to return to Fallout to pool time before the twentieth.

I've been using quite a list of mods, some sixty or so, to augment the experience, with some degree of success. Of course, most of these I have used previously.

Please bear in mind I've been messing with load order, disabling and re-enabling files and the like, so the following list of mods might not be in the best order. On that note, feel free to offer advice on a load order that would be best:

Indeed. Quite a list.

The problem does not lie in a game crash, or anything like that. The problem has to do with the landscape, and the characters in it, simply becoming Unrendered. I.E, when i look at something, it disappears in the gamespace.

Its directional, and seems to be based only in certain locations. The first time it popped up is in the tutorial town, where the Geckos are that you are suppose to kill near the well. It continues to pop up as I head farther south, generally occuring along the mountain-side that is to the west.

It seems, however, that anything beyond the road in the West direction will cause things to disappear, meaning If i look anywhere from the Southern mark (Directly south) to the Northern Mark (Due north) in the western direction the problem will appear.

An example of the problem can be found here:

As you can see, everything is fine. This is near the area in Goodsprings.

Turning slightly to the right, however, causes this. As i said before, this problem seems to persist even after leaving the town and heading south towards Primm. Both of these screenshots, in case it matters, was taken from the exact same position, the only difference is the direction the character is facing (Which you can see based on the compass).

Any advice you guys have would be great. Frankly, I'm at a loss at this point as to what might be causing the issue. If there is any other information needed to perhaps garner a solution, please, feel free to ask.

*EDIT* In interest of furthering this process, here is a video i made right quick demonstrating how the bug seems to work: http://youtu.be/UgfZYSTEk48

I apologize for the volume of audio, I was in a hurry!

I don't think Fellout and NVskies are compatible.

My bad, seems it is compatible, however:

Q: Does NCSkies work with Fellout?

A: Yes! NVSkies is compatible with Fellout since Fellout v1.0. To get NVSkies run along with Fellout without complications place Fellout after NVSkies in your mod load order! You have to disable all NVSkies "weather" conditions via the Hygrograph. Note I said WEATHER settings NOT storm! Sand/Rain/Snow/RADstroms will still show up. NVSkies "weather" setting cannot be used in parallel without causing conflicts since Fellout uses its own "weather" settings!

Just tested, same issue.

I don't think its an issue with the two mods conflicting.

Mind you, the lack of terrain does not crash the game, its just not there. I can still walk on it as if it was, i simply cannot see it.

Also, I was reading through the NSkies mod page and realized that is has the same settings as fellout anyway, so i've gone ahead and removed that from the load entirely!

I've also edited the original post with a video better demonstrating the error.

**EDIT** Issue has been solved! Im an idiot, and left AA on.
