armor problem

I recently downloaded the Shdw_armor packs 1 and 2, And installed them as per normal now the thing is the store "the fighting chance" is always locked how can i fix this?

Open console, click on door, write unlock, exit console. Now you can enter.

did that but the lady isnt there, and yes it was the time of day when the store should be open.

 

 

Nevermind the initital question i decided not to use these armors. Im gonna go with the Braided armor from OOO i know i can get that fairly easily.
