While WWII guns were in Fallout Tactics, it doesn't really make sense that they would still be around and working after 200 years including going through a nuclear war. They went through only WWII and are hard enough to find today in our real world. The wooden bodies ones especially would have all deteriorated. Stamped metal ones rusted through.

For thompson you dont need to make ammo since its already in the game

the tommy gun uses the magnum ammo (really it does)

PS.tommy guns are still used by some sheriffs in small towns
