Add races to Stormcloak and Imperial

Hi everyone.

I was wondering if there were some options to add or even change races in each armies without mods?
By just combine in files, data?
Or maybe someone knows how to change that in creation kit?

For example:
I cannot see Redguard as an Imperial Soldier.. it just bother me and don't fit at all.
Instead I would want to add them to Stormcloaks(as Hammerfell liberated itself from Empire just like Stormcloaks want to)
Futhermore instead of Imperial Redguards I prefer to see many Orcs(because they live in Empire and are appreciated by Cyrodil).

I know there is a mod called "Diverse Skyrim" and I use this as well.
But there are still a lot of Redguards in Imperial Army(it pisses me off!!) and not many Orcs or Dark Elves even.
There are also not many Redguards in Stormcloaks as well...

Anyone can help me? :)

When you change things in the CK you are effectively making a mod. You can alter an already existing one (like Diverse Skyrim) but you're likely going to have to make your own mod to get the result that you want.

@MFitz56
Thanks for answer and please forgive me for my "early" respond.

Now while this pandemic is still going on I can sacrifice some time to put a work on it.
I have recently tried out CK and it worked.. with the black faces problem.

Futhermore the Orcs that I added manually independently(not editing Diverse Skyrim) to Imperial are actually pure non touched!
But during editing in CK I tried to edit existing NPCs and unfortunately some of them had that problem.
Although there are plenty of information how to fix it so I will be back to work soon.

Now I consider to dig deeper and just edit Diverse Skyrim by creating "alternate" Diverse Skyrim just for myself.
Possibly I will ask the author if he doesn't mind to send that to public.
But maybe just me have this issue with race and nobody really cares haha.
