Some weird stuff is happening

Hello, i need some help with my FNV.

 

Recently, i started fnv up and noticed it loaded longer than usual. It took like 2 mins to load. After that,

 

My cursor is invisible, as you can see, the FNV NVR logo is gray, and my invisible mouse pointer is highlighting the "Load" button:

The whole UI is messed up. Now i DID try to reinstall vanilla UI plus, hoping it would fix it but the problem still occurred wasted another 2mins of my life trying to load this game. The condition ui has a black thing and my crosshair's middle also has a black thingy too. The crosshair is from Just Mods Assorted if you're interested in looking at it

 

I even ignored the whole UI problem but what's more worse is that the pipboy's affected too:

My character is not that crippled alot, it doesnt show the condition, it just got messed up or something. Also there used to be highlighting and stuff but now its invisible.

 

And that's 'bout it folks, UI problems, game loading longer than usual and stuff. Any bit of help would help me!

You know the drill, more info is needed. Load order, install location and system specs.

Did mod manager report any conflicts? Try to disable any mod you think might be responsible, and see how the game runs without it. Also, M48A5 is right. Technical details are always helpful.

Alright guys, i think i found the reason why.

 

Apparently, my computer didnt have enough time to load everything FNV needs, so it got stuck into doing that and thats how my FNV game looks like and starts up slower. I rebooted my computer and the problem is gone.

 

Though however, im aware this would happen again so im just gonna post what M48A5 said

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate - 32bit

 

Processor: AMD A4-3300 APU with RadeonHD Graphics 2.50 Ghz

 

RAM: 2.00GB

 

It is a potato soooooo yeah, im poor.

 

Also my install location of FNV:

 

C:\Program Files\GOG Games\Fallout New Vegas

 

Do people have issues with fnv if their install location is different or is it just the Steam version? Idk.

 

That's all i can give. I hope there would be a fix for that, i dont want it to happen again.

If you redline your cars engine all the time eventually something's going to break. Unfortunately you're going to have to make a serious effort to reduce the number of plugins you have, especially if you play on a low end system.

 

I suggest you get rid of Project Nevada, AWOP, ILO, WMX, YUP-SpiceofLife and begin a new game for a start...

Well, thanks. Sometimes my computer can run fnv well even on a low end pc with that kind of plugins but that happens only if i have software that boost my computer's processors, cpus, gpus and other stuff. It gets me to 30-60 fps depending on my location in-game.
