whenever i try to install a mod that has an options window with a picture for it's background that window is too small to make selections. when that window doesn't have a picture it displays correctly. i reinstalled vortex from a new download. i deleted and tried to install those four mods again. two of the mods had pictures and two didn't, the issue was the same. when i was reinstalling those mods i installed each one on their own (no other mods installed).

here are screenshots for the two with pictures and just one of the no picture window.

skyrim legendary - latest version

mods

character creation overhaul - latest version

skyre - latest version

deadly dragons - latest version

unique uniques - latest version

This is probably on a 4k screen with a high value for font scaling.

Vortex has no way I know of to influence this, the installer (fomod c#) creates its own UI calling .net framework functions directly. This is one (of many) reason I absolutely loathe c# based installers.

The windows are sized so that I can click every button just fine. I tested with Deadly Dragons and Character Creation Overhaul.

Are you using the latest version of Vortex?

Are you using a custom theme?

Most up to date version of every piece of software and mod involved. This issue also only occurs for Skyrim LE and not Skyrim SE.

Most up to date version of every piece of software and mod involved. No themes etc. Everything is vanilla

I am using a 4K tv. I changed the font size to 100% from 300% and i could read the selection screen fine. Though there was still some issues with the windows text size being irregular
