Freezing at menu

Let me start by acknowledging that I am far out of my depth in this area but I nevertheless request some assistance.

Yesterday I decided to re-install fallout 3 and modify it again, as I have done once before successfully. Having spent several hours downloading and install mods with the mod manager and manually I ran FO3 Edit to rectify the load order and correct a few simple clashes however when I run it I now receive a series of errors like this;

The process terminates immediately after these processes;

I have no idea as to how to approach this so I can create a merged patch, as when I right click I cannot find create a merged patch under apply script to...

Additionally when trying to run Fallout 3 the intro animations play as expected however, when I reach the screen where the menu should appear the image is frozen whilst the music continues to play.

 

Sorry for the wall of text, any help would be appreciated and I will do my best to follow any advice.

You cannot use FO3Edit to correct your load order. Your load order must be correct before you run FO3Edit. It appears you need to download and read the FO3Edit Training Manual http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/8629 and you need to download, install and run B.O.S.S. http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/10193 Read the Training Manual to learn how to use FO3Edit and use BOSS to sort your load order.
