Nexus Mod Manager 33.1 problems

The Mod Manager was working fine for me until I updated it now it gives me this message and I wasnt able to find anything about how to fix it or change a password anything to get it to work since I already have a ton of mods on the system

This is what I get I dont know what seven zip is I think it is a new file compression system but I dont have it or now it we I have winzip installed so I wasnt sure if the update changed everything over or what anything that can help would be greatly appreciated
